The Helium 2 belt is a fairly new line, and I bought it on a hunch - I didn't know anyone that had this exact model previously. It's comfortable, fully adjustable, sturdy. It breathes very well - much better than I thought - and it doesn't seem to hold the sweat in the belt. Or at least it airs out quickly. To 8oz bottles (16oz in all) is a good medium range volume. I'm comfortable running around 10 miles or so with this belt. Any further - or if running in extreme heat - and I would suggest getting "plus 1" bottles (also from fuelbelt) to add volume as necessary. The ability to add bottles/pouches is actually quite a nice feature.The pouch included is perhaps a little small for my Gu Gels. I have to fold the tops over to fit them in. Then the heat of summer hit and I was using this on most of my runs. This product is great!!!!! There is hardly any movement of the belt while you're running. My last belt would bounce up and down on my back. The adjustable sizing was a good idea. It took two runs to figure out where I needed it and I haven't changed it since. We had some very hot days so I was glad I ordered the additional bottle. The leftover straps kind of flop around when I run. If you have a smaller waist or extremely huge one, this will not be an issue because you will be able to tuck the leftover strap through the elastic band or won't have any leftover at all.The belt does not move much when I run. with a little practice, removing and replacing the bottle is possible using one hand without the need to slow your running pace down. The small pouch that comes with this belt is very small and I found it almost useless. I could barely fit my garage opener in there and a smartphone will definitely not fit. A traditional flip phone may fit tightly but then there won't be enough room for house keys. I ordered a new pouch in the medium size which can also be found on Amazon and that one is perfect.
