Im liking this a lot, also the alcohol burner is a clone of the trangia, but the simmer ring has a fold-able handle, which makes this IMO even better than the trangia. Plus this is hard anodized aluminum cookware, works and looks great. All nests nicely with plenty room to add, things like spices, and lighter.

This Esbit cook set runs on esbit fuel tablets/ iso alcohol or small wood shavings in a pinch. The tablets are hotter and will cook faster but the isoprop alcohol is cheaper. An aluminum reflector may be used to focus the heat but that may be more weight and room. I like this little product so much, I keep it in my bug out bag(bob). If you are using this at higher altitudes, the alcohol burner may not get hot enough to boil. There is a chance of using a gas burner with presurized bottle and remote burn head inside the burn chamber(but I've not checked out the clearances yet...this will work at high altitude). I got this little cookset and took it out camping soon after. What can I say? It worked just fine and the price couldn't be beat at $40. I didn't realize that the seller is located in China when I purchased it, but that just meant a little longer shipping time. If you are looking for an inexpensive, good quality, alcohol stove based cookset, this is it.
