Through the years I've had some "fuel inefficient" vehicles in my stable (a fact I'm not proud of). My use of PRI-G goes back over three years when I first bought it to improve the fuel economy of one of those vehicles. Since then I have used it faithfully (but not every fill up) in seven machines and as far as I can tell I've had no problems only benefits.PRI-G is an industrial product that has been re-directed to consumer use. The manufacturer says it reacts chemically with gasoline (petrol) to provide up to eight benefits including reduced emissions, fuel economy and extended storage life. Some of my real-life experiences include: 1. 50 gallons of two year old gas (treated each year with just three ounces of this product) in an inboard motor boat. With proper winterizing, the engine started and ran like a champ with no problems. 2. Clean spark plugs and no clogged fuel injectors running an engine with well over 100,000 plus miles. 3. One... We have an old (1990) pickup that was almost not run for 2 years and is now run only about once a month. I have noticed a significant increase in engine smoothness since I started using PRI-G. I also use it in my small gas engines, such as lawn mowers, rototiller, pressure washer, etc. All of these seem to start better after the winter than they did before I started using PRI-G. I'd strongly recommend using it in anything where the gas sits for long periods. |
