The water bottle does not bounce and jostle around like on other water bottle carriers I own, which are designed more for walking/hiking than for running. It was a cool day and the water dripping down my leg didn't help. Hoping a different bottle will solve the problem. Even though the bottle (specially when it's full of water and ice cubes)is heavy, you don't feel it while you run. The side pocekt is perfect for keys, GU gel or even small sunscreen. The bottle is secured so you won't loose it even if you run really fast. Easy to clean. It comes with one bottle. I bought additional bottle from different place and it also fits.
