Bought it locally for 70% less!!!Anywho, this cap fits my 0.6L Primus bottle (made in Spain) and my 1.0L Laken bottle(also made in Spain) perfectly fine. As far as the quality, eh it's fine but I prefer the primus style as it has rounded edges on the ring and is more comfortable to grip IMHO. It does not however fit my 1.0L Primus bottle(made in China). The 1L Primus made in China has a newer cap with a rubber grip but not the child proof type. I measured all the caps and 1L Primus cap is at least .4mm smaller. It doesn't fit my 0.6L Primus or 1L Laken bottles correctly. However, the 0.6L Primus' cap and the 1L Laken's cap both fit the 1.0L Primus just fine. Go figure, right? I'm going to compare my current caps to some extra sets of MSR bottles my friend has and will be sure to update. Works Great to Replace Junk Brunton Caps, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: MSR Fuel Bottle Cap (Sports) I bought this as replacement for the "child-proof" cap that came with my Brunton fuel bottle. It works better than the junk Brunton cap. It seals well and the threads are tight. It took me a few seconds to get it threaded in, but it fits like it was made for it. |
