However, if you have a small waist, then the bottles will come around closer to the sides/front causing your elbows to constantly hit the bottles while running. I loved that item and ran up to 18 miles with it, but had 3 things I was trying to fix and was hoping this product would do it: 1. Carry more than 40 oz of water/more food easily, 2. Avoid bottles falling out when I run and 3. Create a more custom fit as the large size elastic had become too large for me after 3 and half months of training and the medium seemed hard to find.My experience with this item is likely affected by the fact that I'm male (no hips for it to rest on) and large by most runners' standards - about 6"3 and large.
